1. Services

Webendly provides web design, development, and related digital services. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project proposals.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in the project proposal. A deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Maintenance plans are billed monthly.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom design and code created for your project transfers to you. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective terms.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines in our proposals. Delays caused by late content delivery or feedback from the client may extend the timeline accordingly.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webendly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Webendly operates.
